It has often been said that if exercise could be packaged in a pill, it would be the most widely prescribed medication in the world. Some of the benefits of regular exercise include improved cardiovascular function, lower blood pressure, decreased body weight and fat mass, improved HDL/LDL profile, improved blood sugar control, decreased anxiety and depression, enhanced feelings of well-being, decreased incidence of several cancers and decreased incidence of osteoporosis.

In following the assessment standards developed by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), we determine data in addition to your health status, fitness goals and personal preferences, to achieve the most efficient, safe and progressive program design available today!
